I hand made this riser (aka. free arm stand) at my wife’s suggestion as she says a lot of people would want one. This riser will fit Babylock (Ellegante, Ellageo, Esante), Brother Innovis 4000, Brother Ultra 3000D, Bernia 730, Singer Quantum AND MANY OTHER MACHINES. By raising the machine up you will be able to embroider shirts, tote bags, and other items without accidentally stitching the front and back of the material together. I have had some customers say that since the riser lifts the machine closer to them they have less strain on their eyes, neck and back. The riser in this listing is 28″ Long, 10.5″ Wide and is 4″ Tall and has 2 drawers where small things can be stored. It has a clear finish on it and is made from pine. The risers I make are very sturdy and are held together with screws and glue (not nails which can loosen over time). The corners and edges are rounded to prevent material from snagging. The other pictures show risers I custom built for Bernia 730, Babylock Ellegante, Viking Diamond, Brother Quattro, Brother PE 170D, and Janome 9500 embroidery machines. These other risers are NOT up for bid (IN THIS LISTING) at the present time. I included the other pictures only to show you examples of the types of risers I can build. Sometimes I have more than 1 listing up at the same time so please make sure you are bidding on the the riser that will fit your machine. If you would like for me to custom make a riser that will fit your machine just send me an email with the Length and Width you would need. Please note: When you ask me to make a riser for you, telling me the make and model of your machine does not really help me as I cannot keep up with all the different models. The measurements just need to be large enough so that your machine will sit comfortably on TOP of the riser. Also let me know if you would like to have a drawer(s) or not. Its LCD screen is a beautiful Color Touch Screen approx. 3″ x 8″. The Embroidery produced from any of the built-in designs stitch out beautifully. The internal machine software has been updated to the latest software available v. 4.01. There are so many features I hope you will review the extensive Ellageo Features listed below. I have included a lot of pictures trying to show what this machine is capable of producing. Sorry that some of the pictures are a little dark and that my screen shots aren’t as bright and clear as the actual Color LCD Touch Screen display. The pictures I uploaded to Picasa for display inside the description are sometimes a little fuzzy because Goggle Picasa seems to reduce their size when I upload them & then they get not so sharp when displayed. I’ve done approximately half a dozen embroidery designs for family projects on the machine. I just did the Ariel embroidery a couple days ago to make sure its performance and function were without fault before listing it on eBay. This listing is for a complete, working Embroidery System, and you will have everything needed to begin an embroidery, even including stabilizer and approx. 1/3 yard of fabric. The Owner’s Manual is on a CD for reference and “Help” is also available on the Ellageo’s color Screen. Additionally, there is a wealth of information, free downloads and assistance & knowledge that can be tapped into at Baby Lock’s Website. There is also downloadable updates for Ellageo firmware and “On Screen Designer” allowing design creation & editing right on the Ellageo screen (both have already been done & are included). There are free designs at http://babylock.com/downloads/#freedesign. Included in this Auction Listing are the Following: Embroidery Machine, Ellageo ESG, Embroidery Arm, 3 Hoops & Accessories: The machine’s firmware is the latest available, v. 4.01. The machine is working great (please look at the quick Ariel embroidery sample I just finished) and is very clean. When not in use it was covered. and we are a “no smoker” home. There are signs of normal wear and use such as fine scratches and I recently noticed that the decals on the 3 front keys (reverse, cut, needle up/needle down) are wearing. A detailed List of the accessories follow at the bottom of this listing. Laptop/Notebook (PC) with Palette Design Creative, Editing & Transfer Software loaded & working. I transferred Ariel’s design from the PC to the Embroidery Machine and Ariel’s Design is saved in the Ellageo’s internal memory. The included Laptop/Notebook is a Compaq/HP N1020v Evo Model, Pentium 4 M 2.4Ghz, with combo DVD/CD reader/rewriter with DVD which I have used to organize & transfer designs for embroidery. It is a Compaq/HP “Business Class” model with a 20GB hard drive (approx. 15.7 GB free space even with the designs already stored on it) and is internet capable. It is in good used operating condition with a bright, clear screen, good key board and touch pad. The Windows XP Professional COA is on the bottom cover. I copied the Baby Lock compatible designs from the Disney CD; and, I sat up a Shortcut to them on the “Desktop” labeled “Emb Designs.” The PC has the right ports & capabilities to easily work with a wide range of software and devices (i.e., Palette card reader/writer, embroidery machines). Cosmetically the laptop has some scratches on the top (from things sitting & sliding across its top in my sewing activities). The AC adapter, of course is included. The battery does hold a charge but I don’t know how long as I’ve usually used it plugged in to AC. I’ve changed the User ID to “Emb” with no password so that it will be easy for the new owner to use it and the software and files and manage the computer. Palette Design Creation, Editing & Transfer Software v. 2.0, by Baby Lock complete with a Design Transfer Card, a Reader/Writer Box (box is the security device so no dongle required) and USB Cable. The software is installed and working on the included PC. In addition to transferring PES embroidery designs from the PC to the Design Card that can be read by the the Embroidery Machine, it has 3 main frunctions providing design capabilities: Design Center is used to create embroidery patterns from bit mapped images. Layout & Editing is used to assemble a complete, individualized embroidery design from one or more sources (e.g., designs from files, card or created within the Design Center). File Utility is used to handle file transfers between your card reader/writer or floppy disk. Both Baby Lock and Brother have free download embroidery designs that will work on the Baby Lock/Ellageo (.PES format & probably using the “Import” feature). Embroidery Thread & Stabilizer Pack: Included are the 6 spools of embroidery thread that I used to embroidery the Ariel design, 1 spool of bobbin embroidery thread & an opened pack of stablizer used some for the Ariel design). Disney Design CD: The Disney CD, purchased on eBay, has approx. 300+ designs in many formats, such as Baby Pooh, Winnie the Pooh, Superman & Batman, Classic Mickey, Disney Princesses, Lady & the Tramp, Lion King, 101 Dalmations, Alladin, Bambi, Barbi, Bear, Bugs Life, Care Bears, Chip & Dale, Cinderella, Mickey & Minnie, Disney Babies, Donald Duck, Dumbo, Dora, Finding Nemo, Disney Christmas, Hello Kitty, Looney Tunes, Little Mermaid, Garfield, etc. Accessories & Miscellaneous: Embroidery Arm 3 Hoops: 1 each – 4″x4″, 6-1/4″ x 10-1/4″ & 1″ x 2-1/2″ and the matching 2 plastic grids (the smallest gride is missing) Foot Control & AC Cord 4 Floppy Disks for transferring designs directly from the PC via floppy to the Ellageo. I used this method all the time as it was faster & seemed easier than getting the box & card out also. 2 disks have designs on them that can be erased. Feet: A – Button; G – Overcasting; I – Zipper; J – ZigZag; M – Button Fitting; N – Monogramming; Q – Embroidery; R- Blind Stitch; Foot Adapter; Knee Lifter.
